As our Marketing & Content Creator you will have a versatile role in which you will help build the visibility and positioning of Vixor.health and its four subsidiaries. You will closely collaborate with management and our consultants. You will have the opportunity to further develop your marketing talents in an impactful sector.

Your responsibilities

  • Set up and execute marketing and communication campaigns (on- and offline).
  • Create content for our website, social media, newsletters, and presentations (text and visuals).
  • Manage, coordinate, and plan content (Kerteza, Vixor.health).
  • Support branding and employer branding initiatives.
  • Analyse and report campaign results, impact social media, etc., and contribute ideas for optimisations.
  • Collaborate on events and webinars.
  • Collaborate with external partners (website, graphic design, PR, media) and align with internal responsibles within each organisation.

Your profile

  • You're a bachelor or master in marketing, communication, or a related domain.
  • You have 0-2 years of experience (including internships).
  • You're hands-on, creative, and eager to learn.
  • You can create visually strong posts, info-graphics, and marketing materials.
  • You are analytical: you create content and adjust based on data.
  • You work independently, take initiative, and keep a good overview.
  • You're a skilled writer with a passion for care, well-being, and innovation.
  • You feel at home in digital tools such as InDesign, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
  • You carry insights in the use of social media by organisations active in healthcare, and in its management (website, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • You are prepared to be present at and alternate between the office in Ghent and Westerlo.
